The Salon On Harvard is an upscale, boutique salon committed to serving guests with personal customer care. Our passion is creating beautiful looks that emphasize beauty at all stages of life using the newest in earth-friendly products.
With over 50 years of combined industry experience, Kim and Randi are some of the most elite, expert stylists in all of Tulsa. Their 25 years of friendship and working together led to a natural partnership that founded The Salon. Kim and Randi have both been trained all over the country, bringing knowledge from experts all over the world to their clients here, in Tulsa.
At The Salon, we work with each guest to enhance their individual beauty and are ready to make you feel your best whether you want to try the latest trend or just freshen up your signature look. Our stylists are constantly learning and participate in continued haircut and color education to maintain the highest industry standards

MEET KIM · CO-OWNER + ELITE STYLIST
Kim has over 30 years of experience behind the chair and has been extensively trained in cut and color by industry leading educators and stylists from around the world.
She has extensive training in scissor cutting, creative cutting as well as razor cutting. She also has advanced training in color, creative color, balayage and editorial styling.
Kim believes inner beauty directly affects outer beauty and loves that being a hairdresser gives her the opportunity to create beautiful looks and meaningful relationships.
When she’s not at The Salon, Kim enjoys spending time with her boxer Petey, visiting her daughter in Florida or planning her next big adventure across the pond.
MEET RANDI · CO-OWNER + ELITE STYLIST
Randi has over 25 years of experience in the industry and has trained under high-profile artists in all hair types and textures.
Inspired by her mother to attend beauty college, Randi discovered her passion for hair and loves expressing her creativity through her work. Although she has been recognized for many achievements over the years, Randi believes the best award is a happy client.
Randi is certified in texture cutting, razor cutting, creative cutting techniques, creative color, color melting/balayage, editorial hair styling, extensions (bonded & tape), and keratin straightening.
Outside of The Salon, Randi enjoys spending time with her family, traveling all over the country and laying by the pool.
